RESOLUTION ABANDONING A RIGHT-OF-WAY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
September 16 1986, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing
to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that
the hereinafter described Right--of-Way Easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the right-of-way easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said right-~of-way easement so
abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
BUTTE AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY
A.P, No. 31-223 and 31-224
Being that certain 80-foot right of way known as
Butte Avenue lying within Section 12, T19N, R3E,
M.D.M. as shown on the Map of Thermalito recorded
on Maps of Record Wall Map No. 6, County of Butte,
State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Being that certain 80-foot right of way known as
Butte Avenue bounded on the north by the south line
of Block 18 of said Thermalito, bounded on the south
by the north line of Block 21 of said Thermalito,
bounded on the east by the west right of way line of

office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.

this 16th day of September 1986, by the following

Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing
to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
amendment to Resolution No. 86-123 was• duly and regularly given
as required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which
said Board now finds that the hereinafter described property
description is correct and the hereinafter described right-of-way
easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
