Resoluf~on No. g6-135 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Wiggo Wake, requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement, as described below; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on November 18 1986, at 11 :00 a.m. , in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the easement described on the attached EY,HIBIT A, which is also known as A.P. 41-47-66 & 94. 2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. 3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code. EXHIBI'T' "A" SILVERA CQiJRT RIGHT OF WAY ABANDONMENT A.P. 41-47--6b & 94 ~3eing a portion of that certain 60-foot right of way known as Silvera Court lying within the south half of Section 7 and the north half of Section 18, T2IN, R4E, ?~t.T).13. & I`1., County Of T3lltte, State of Califarniia, more particularly described as follows: CO;~tENCING at the existing intersection of the centerline of Silvera Court with the centerline o.f Pentz Road, thence southerly along the centerline of said Silvera Court, 2,7.20 feet more or less to the southwesterly projection of the most southerly property lane of. that certain parcel of land described and recorded in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, in Book 2995 of Oi~fici.al Records at Pages 443 and 444 on October 8, 1984; thence continuing southerly along said centerline for 70 feet morn or less to the TRUE POINT pF BEGINNING; thence continuing southerly along said centerline for 2,b40 feet more or less to its inter- section with the easterly right of way line of 1'entz Road as it exists today, and end of the described line.
