RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO
COUNTY SER__VTCE AREA N0. 96 (SILVER TREE II SUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, Webb Brothers Construction has petitioned the Local Agency
Formation Commission for inclusion of their parcels within County Service Area
No. 96; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has
approved this annexation and designated it: 86-27 - Annexation to County Service
Area No. 96 - Silver Tree II Subdivision, the exterior boundaries of which are
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has duly
approved and authorized the Board of Supervisors to annex such territory without
notice and hearing by the Board and without an election; and
WHEREAS, the territory is uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, the reason for this annexation is to provide street lighting
and storm drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED that said territory described in
Exhibit "A" described as 86-27 - Annexation to County Service Area No. 96 -
Silver Tree II Subdivision is hereby annexed to and included within the
boundaries of County Service Area No. 96.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said territory shall be taxed to pay any
indebtedness or liability of County Service Area No. 96 prior to or existing
at the time of annexation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
4th day of November 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf, Wheeler and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

Legal Description:
All that certain real property situated in the County of Butte, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of Tots #22 and #25 of the second subdivision of
the John Bidwell Rancho, according to the official map thereof, filed
in the office of the records of the County of Butte, State of Calif-
ornia on September 17, 1900 in Book 5 of maps at page 27, described as
follows:
Commencing at the intersection point of the centerlines of
Cardinal Court and Skylark Drive:

also being the true point of beginning for the parcel herein
described:
