HomeMy WebLinkAbout86-145RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ESTABLISHING FILING FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE 468090 WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors may, within 90 days preceding odd numbered years, revise the amounts to be charged as total filing fees in the courts; and, WHEREAS, the County Clerk-Recorder has recommended an increase not to exceed six percent (6i} over existing fees; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may adopt such flees by resolution which, when approved, shall be forwarded to the Judicial Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Clerk's filing fees be approved: Present Fee 6% Increase New Jan.
