PETITTON TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from William
C, Bradley, requesting the abandonment of a public utility ease-
ment, as described below; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a
date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on December 2 1986, at 11:00 a,m „ in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
easement described on the attached EXHIBIT A, which is also
known as A.P, 69-05-09.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public
Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to
the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 4th day of November 1986 by the following vote:

Being that certain 6-foot public utilities easement lying within Lot 82 as shown on the
map of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 2B, recorded on Map of Subdivisions, Book 43, at Pages
27, 28 and 29, in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, on
November l9, 1973, more particularly described as follows:
Being the westerly one foot of the 6-foot public utilities easement lying adjacent
to the easterly lot line and lying between the 10-foot public utilities easement
on the South and the 50--toot setback line on the North of Lot $2 of the Kelly Ridge
Eastates Unit 2B.
Said map showing the Public Utilities easement to be abandoned is on file in the office
of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
