of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
November 18 1986, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing
to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement so
abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described in the attached EXHIBIT A, which
is also known as AP-41-47-66 & 94.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the.Reeorder of the County of Butte, State of California.

this 18th day of November , 1986, by the following

Being a portion of that certain b0-foot right of way known as Silvera Court Tying
within the south half of Section 7 and the north half of Section I8, T2IN, R4E,
M.D.B. & M., County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
COhIIYtENCING at the existing intersection of the centerline of Siivera Court
with the centerline of Pentz Road, thence southerly along the centerline of said
Silvera Court, 2,120 feet more or less to the southwesterly projection of the mast
southerly property line of that certain parcel of land described and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, in Book 2995 of
Official Records at Pages 443 and 444 on October 8, 1984; thence continuing southerly
along said centerline for 70 feet more or less to the TRUE POINT OF $EGIhTN1NG; thence
continuing southerly along said centerline for 2,640 feet more or less to its inter-
section tJith the easterly right of way line of Pentz Road as it exists toda}', and end
of the described line.
RESERVING, however, to Pacific Gas and Electric Company the right from time to
time L'o install, maintain, repair, operate, replace, remove and renew lines of pipes,
wires, poles, and other structures, equipment and fixtures, both aboveground and
underground, for the operation of said facilities in said road, together with the
right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-153, Abandoning a Public
Utility Easement was erroneously titled and described as a
public utility easement instead of a right-of-way easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
86-153 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 7th day of July x.987, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Mclnturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
