RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC HE1~RfNG FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the County of Butte held a public hearing on
November 18, 1986, pursuant to Section 16705 of the Welfare and
Institutions Code, to receive testimony on the reduction in the
Public Health budget; and
WHEREAS, there was no verbal or written testimony to the
contrary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors, that:
The reductions in the 1986-87 Public Health budget have
resulted in no detrimental impact on the health needs of the public in
the case of public health services, nor is there a detrimental impact
on the health needs of indigents in the case of inpatient and outpatient
services, nor is there any impairment of the ability of the Butte County
Public Health Department to carry out the service levels specified in
the 1986--87 County Health Services Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 18th day of November , 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors McInturf and Wheeler
NOT VOTING: None
