RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FILING FEES FOR
CHICO MUNICIPAL COURT AND GRIDLEY-BIGGS, OROVILLE AND PARADISE JUSTICE COURTS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION fi8090
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors may, within 90 days
preceding odd numbered years, revise the amounts to be charged as total
filing fees in the courts; and
WHEREAS, the Clerks of the various Municipal and Justice Courts
in Butte County have recommended an increase not to exceed six percent (6%)
over existing fees; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may adopt such fees by resolution
which, when approved, shall be forwarded to the Judicial Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Clerks' filing
fees for Chico Municipal Court, Gridley-Biggs Justice Court, OroviTle Justice
Court and Paradise Justice Courts be approved:
