RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
December 2 1986, in the Board Chambers, Butte County'..
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing'.
to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement so
abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described in the attached EXI~IBIT A, which
is also known as AP-69-05-09.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in thee.

Being that certain 6-foot public utilities easement lying within Lot 82 as shown on :the
map of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 2B, recorded an Map of Subdivisions, Book ~r3, at Pages
27, 28 and 29, in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California, on
November I9, 1973, more particularly described as follows:
$eing the westerly one foot of the 6-foot public utilities easement Iya.ng adjacent
to the easterly lot Iine and Iying between the 10-foot public utilities easeme~it
on the South and the 50-foot setback line on the North of Lot 82 of the Kelly Ridge
Eastates Unit 2B.
Said map showing the Public Utilities easement to be abandoned is on file in the office
of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
