BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 865
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDTNANCE N0. 854 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1965-66.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califor~Lia, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No, 854 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
{a) That Section No. 3 (B) of said ordinance, entitled
"For Classes with Flat Rate Assignments. Salary rates for the
following classifications will apply as indicated.", is amended
by changing.: '

(b) That Section No. 15 of said ordinance, entitled

2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
