AN ORDINANCE AMENAING ORDINANCE N0, 854 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOTaN AS THE ''''SALARY ORDINANCE''

4 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
5 California, do ordian as follows:
6 1, That Ordinance Noo 854 of the County of Butte is
7 hereby amended as follows:
g (a) That Section 34, entitled GENERAL SERVICES, is amended
9 by deleting the following;

12 and adding thereto,

2, This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoptian, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days meter its passage, it sha11 be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California,
PAS'SE.D AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 4th day of January, 1966,
by the following vote:
