2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 854 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

4 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, 'State of
6 California, do ordain as follows:
6 1. That Ordinance No. 854 of the County of Butte is hereby
'7 amended as follows:
8 Ca) That Section No. 40, entitled "TREASURER & TAX
9 COLLECTOR", is amended by deleting therefrom

15 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
16 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-

19 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of Butte, State of California, this 8th day of February,
22 1966, by the following vote:
