RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ESTABLISHING OFFICE
HOURS FOR THE AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2251 provides that the Butte County Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours which
a department will be open to public business transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has accepted the Agricultural
Commissions recommendation to reduce the Agricultural Commission's office
hours open to the general public on regular business days in order 'to
accomplish a more efficient and effective use of certificated agricultural
biologist staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agricultural Commission's
office hours for public access will be as follows:

3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Gridley Office
8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Oroville Office
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
this 6th day of January, 1987 by the following vote:
AYES.: Supervisors McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None
