RESOLUTION AMENDING IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
FOR SUBDIVISIONS, PARCEL MAPS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION N0. 82-68
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-68 was passed and adopted by
the Butte County Board of Supervisors on April 27, 1982, pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code to
establish standards for subdivisions and land divisions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend
certain standards contained therein pertaining to the Chico Urban
Area only;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors that the Chico Urban Area Map (Appendix I,
Attachment 1 to Resolution 82-68), is amended so that its
boundaries are as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors that Standard No. RS-2 (Appendix II,
Attachment RS-2 to Resolution 82-68) is amended so that it also
applies to all divisions of land within the Chico Urban Area Map
and Standard RS-9-LD (Appendix II, Attachment RS-9~-LD to
Resolution 82-68) is amended so that it no longer applies to the
Chico Urban Area.
FASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 3rd day of February , lg$7~ by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, Uercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: Supervisor McLaughlin..
ABSENT: None
