RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION
TO ABANDON A LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
AND PUBLIC UTILIT'~ EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Robert
Canners, requesting the abandonment of a light and air easement
and public utility easement as described below; and
WHEREAS; pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on March 3 L9 87 at 11:00 a. m. in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building,
Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment
of the following described easement:
CARRIAGE MANOR SUB., LOTS 34 & 35
Light and Air Easement
Public Utility Easement
A.P. #36-78-34 & 35
Being that certain 10--foot Light and Air Easement and
Public Utility Easement lying within Lots 34 and 35 of
Carriage Manor Subdivision shown on the Map of said
subdivision recorded in Book 66, Maps of Record, at
Pages 48 and 49, County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot Light and Air Easement and
Public Utility Easement lying within Lots 34 and 35,
5-feet on either side of, parallel with and contiguous
to the lot line common to Lots 34 and 35 of said
subdivision.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 5-feet and the
most southerly 5-feet of said easement.
Said Map showing the Light and Air Easement and Public
Utility Easement to be abandoned is on file in the
Office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7
County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
2. That a map showing said easements to be abandoned
is on file at the Butte County Public Works Department, 7 County
Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 70th day of February 19 87 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Futon
NOT VOTING: NOne
