Kesolu#ion No. 87-19
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-165 RELATING
TO AGRICULTURAL SERVICES FEES
WHEREAS, the Board heretofor adopted Resolution 86-165, a resolution
setting a fee schedule for agricultural services, adopted on December 16,
1386; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte desire to
amend Paragraph J relating to special inspections in order to more clearly
define the cost of said inspections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 86-165 is hereby
amended, in part, by amending Paragraph J of the schedule of fees thereto:
"3. For all inspections indicated in this resolution for which
there is not otherwise established a specific fee schedule, the
fee charged shall be at the hourly charge of $19.00 per hour
plus mileage at the rate of $.25 per mile.
In addition to the above, if an inspection and/or certification
is requested at times other than normal working hours of the
department (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), and
personnel are available to conduct such inspection, cost shall
be at the rate of $28.50 per hour plus mileage."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall become effective
upon its adoption and that the Agricultural Commissioner be and is hereby
authorized to collect such tees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 10th day of February
1987, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
