RESOLUTION ENDORSING 5B 120, ESTABLISHING LIMITS
ON CONTRIBUTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR STATE OFFICE

WHEREAS, such contribution limits are necessary to reduce
expenditures, the influence of large monetary contributions and elections.
