RESOLUTION ABANDONING A LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT

This matter came on regularly for hearing befo~G ~.u~- >
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, Papas
on March 3 19 87 in the Board Chambers, Butte
County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it
appearing to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of
hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as
required by iaw, and testimony and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which
said Board now finds that the hereinafter described Light and Air
and Public Utilities Easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the light and air easement and public utility.
easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as
hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said easements so abandoned
is situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particuarly described as follows:
CARRIAGE MANOR SUB., LOTS 34 & 35
Light and Air Easement
Public Utility Easement
A.P. #36--78-34 & 35
Being that certain 10-foot Light-and Air Easement and
Public Utility Easement lying within Lots 34 and 35 of
Carriage Manor Subdivision shown on the Map of said
subdivision recorded in Book 66, Maps of Record, at
Pages 48 and 49, County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 10-foot Light and Air Easement and
Public Utility Easement lying within Lots 34 and 35,
5-feet on either side of, parallel with and contiguous
to the lot line common to lots 34 and 35 of said
subdivision.
Excepting therefrom the most northerly 5-feet and the
most southerly 5-feet of said easement.

Said Map showing the Light and Air Easement and Public
Utility Easement to be abandoned is on file in the
Office of Butte County Department of Public forks, 7
County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 3rd day of March 19 87 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
