RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTX SERVICE AREA
N0. 99 - SACRANENTO AVENUE ESTATES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of
the Government Code of the State of California, Sacramento Avenue Estates,
Inc., has petitioned the Local Agency Formation Commission for the formation
of County Service Area No. 99; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of
Butte has approved the formation of County Service Area No. 99.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area
No. 99 is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter
in the unincorporated area of Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion
in the county service area are described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
made apart hereof by this reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area
No. 99 (Sacramento Avenue Estates). The types of extended services to be
provided are street lighting and storm drainage maintenance.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the
above-mentioned services in County Service Area No. 99. The service charge
will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77(a) and
the Butte County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge
will not be assessed until review and adoption of a report to he considered
at a public hearing scheduled for the 87-88 fiscal year.
On April 28 1987, at 9:00 a•~•a public hearing will be held
on the establishment of said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
17th day of March 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan

Ali that certain real property situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of West Sacramento
Avenue and Kingsburry Court;
THENCE along the centerline of West Sacramento Avenue South
89°47.'13" West, a distance of 208.78 feet;
THENCE leaving said centerline of West Sacramento Avenue, North
00°12'47" West, a distance of 30.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
THENCE North 00°02'08" East, a distance of 630.44 feet;
THENCE South 89°54'04" East, a distance of 627.98 feet;
THENCE South 00°04'28" East, a distance of 627.13 feet to a
point on the North right-of-way line of West Sacramento Avenue;
THENCE along said North right-of-way line South 89°49'08"
