RESOLUTION AMENDING IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
FOR PARCEL MAPS WITHIN THE CHICO URBAN AREA
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION N0. 87-15
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-15 was passed and adopted by
the Butte County Board of Supervisors on February 3, ].987,
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code
to establish standards for land divisions within the Chico Urban
Area; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend
certain standards contained therein pertaining to the Chico Urban
Area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors that; Standard No. RS-2 (Appendix II,
Attachment RS-2 to Resolution 82-68) is amended so that it also
applies to all divisions of land, creating parcels of one acre or
less in size, within the Chico Urban Area; that Standard No. RS-3
(Appendix II, Attachment RS-3 to Resolution 82-68) is amended so
that it also applies to all divisions of land, creating parcels
greater than one acre in size, within the Chico Urban Area; and
that Standard No. RS-9-LD (Appendix II, Attachment RS-9-LD to
Resolution 82-68) is amended so that it no longer applies to the
Chico Urban Area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 7th day of April 1987, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: Supervisor Vercruse
ABSENT: Supervisor Mclnturf
NOT VOTING: None
