RESOLUTION FOR 1987-88
COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been authorized by the
Legislature to review applications for participation in the County Justice
System Subvention Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte that all County Justice System Subvention Program funding
requests in the County's application as approved on April 21, 1987 will be
spend for purposes as set forth in Section 1806 (a} of the Welfare and
institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
21st day of April, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Mclnturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: EVone
NOT VOTING: None
