RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON ESPLANADE
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors for the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-described por-
tions of Esplanade is prohibited, and the portions of said road on which the parking
and standing of vehicles is prohibited is described as follows, to wit:
Along both sides of the Esplanade, from a point 510 feet south of the
centerline of White Avenue (City of Chico City Limit line), to a point
300 feet north of the centerline of Shasta Avenue.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed and the curb be painted red at the appro-
. piate locations on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of the Vehicle
Code and violation of said Resolution constitutes an infraction in accordance with
Section 40000.1 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 5th day of May ,
1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: !`!one
NOT VOTING: None
