RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION
OF SOUTHGATE COURT AS A PUBLIC ROAD
WHEREAS, Southgate Court was offered for dedication to the County of
Butte on April 28, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte, at that time, did not accept such offer;
and,
WHEREAS, the County of Butte now desires to accept that portion of
Southgate Court as shown on the parcel map as recorded at Book 93, Pages 99 and
100 of Official Maps of Record, recorded in the office of the Butte County
Recorder, County of $utte, State of California;
WHEREAS, the public wishes to accept. the offer of dedication at this time;
and
WHEREAS, County of Butte will not maintain said Southgate Court until
such time as the developer has constructed the necessary improvements on South-
gate Court as approved by the Director of Public Works and County of Butte has
accepted said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board does hereby accept the
offer of dedication as a public road, that particular road known as Southgate
Court, and more particularly set forth in Book 93, Pages 99 and 100, of Official
Maps of Record, recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder, County of
Butte, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of Butte will not maintain said
Southgate Court until such time as the developer has completed the necessary
improvements on Southgate Court as approved by the Director of Public Works and
County of Butte has accepted said improvements; and

BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Board shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
5th. day of May 7.987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
