RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-44
RELATIVE TO GATE FEES AT THE NEAL ROAD
SANITARY LANDFILL IN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors provides in an agreement
with the Neal Road Landfill Company a provision for human waste disposal in the
Neal Road Sanitary Landfill dump; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to establish a fee for such use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Resolution 86-44 is
hereby amended by adding to it the following:
FEE SCHEDULE
Septage Trucks
1.125 cents per gallon
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th
day of MdY T~, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McZnturf, McLaughlin, 1lercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
