RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
FROM THE GENERAL ALLOCATION OF THE STATE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAlS
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SET ASIDE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has held a
public hearing to consider the 1987-88 Community Development Block Grant
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte has reviewed and hereby approves the economic development set
aside application for:
Building renovation $ 100,000
Off site improvements 25,000
Contingency 12,500
General Administration 13.750
Total $ 151,250
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors has reviewed
and hereby agrees to comply with all assurances executed in connection with
the application and, if awarded, the grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
application and statement of assurances, and the Director of Public Works is
authorized and directed to act on behalf of the county in all matters
pertaining to this application.
