RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECINDING RESOLUTIONS 81-182,
82-167, 82-186, 84-70, 85-99, 85-136, 86-23 AND 86-94 PERTAINING TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW GUIDELINES.
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1981, the Butte County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 81-182 which resolution adopted
environmental review guidelines; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 82-167, 82-186, 84-70, 85-99, 85-136, 86-
23, and 86-94 pertained to the Environmental Review Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the environmental review
guidelines in line with amendments to the California Environmental
Quality Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
that the Environmental Review Guidelines be amended per Exhibit A
attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on the 19th day of May 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervi-sots Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
