HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-083BOARD 0>= SUPERVIS:ORS ; ~_ .COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. a~-as RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SETTING FORTH THE FILING FEES FOR ALL PROJECTS SUBJEOT TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND THE APPEAL FEE ON THE REQUIREMENT TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT. WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the filing fees for all projects subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act and appeals of requirements to prepare Environmental Impact Reports. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that FILING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW be amended to read as follows: Categorical Exemptions Rezones, General Plan Amendments, Specific Plans, Development Agreements Use Permits Variances LAFGo Annexations Waiver of Parcel Maps Miscellaneous Land Divisions and Condominiums of four units or less Planned Unit Development, Rezones, Subdivisions, parcel maps involving more than four parcels and condominiums of more than four units. $110.00 $220.00 $220.00 $140.00 $220.00 $250.00 $220.00 $250.00 $250.00 + $10 per lot (or unit), the amount not to exceed a total of $700.00 Appeals of the EIR Requirement $220.00 Multiple project: A multiple project is one in which the same site is affected by two or more related projects at the same location. The fee for a multiple project shall be computed as the sum of the highest project fee plus 50 percent of each additional project fee.
