RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOP, FISCAL YEAR 1987-1988
A5 P,EQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9,
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIII-6 of the California Constitution provides
that local governments must establish annual appropriations limits pursuant
to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides
that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution,
establish its appropriations limit for the follo4~ing year at a regularly
scheduled meeting, and;
4dHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County
appropriations limit for fiscal year 1987-1988 ~to be $31,502,060.
NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriations limit for
Butte County is established to 6e $31,502,060 for fiscal year 1987-7988,
and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination thereof
are in compliance vrith Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 16th day of June, 1987.
