RESOLUTION ESTABLISI-IIPJG APPROPRIATIONS LIP4IT
FUR SPECIAL DISTRICTS UNDER CONTRGL OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY 80ARD OF SUPERVISORS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-1988
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
YJHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides that
local ,governments must establish annual appropriations limits pursuant to
said Article, and;
IJHEREAS, Section 7970, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides
that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution,
establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly
scheduled meeting, and;
LdHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the appropriations
limits for the applicable special districts to be the amounts shown on
Attachment A for fiscal year 1987-1988.
Pd04J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limits for
special districts under control of the Board of Supervisors of butte County
are established to be the amounts shown on Attachment A for fiscal year
1987-1988, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination thereof
are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 16th day of June, 1987.
