STATE OF CALIFORNIA i ~ ` ~ ~~ ?~-C ~,,,+ Resolution No. 87- 104 OCJ~~ . ~r.n.*s' RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDTNG RESOLUTION NO, 86-123 ON PETITION TO ABANDON A RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, this Board desires to amend Resolution No. 86-123 that abandoned a right-of-way easement situated in the Countq of Butte, State of California, due to an erroneous property description; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highwags Code, this Board shall set a date for a hearing on amending Resolution No. 86-123 on the petition for abandonment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors: 1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meeting on Ai,niict. 4 1987, at g• ~5 a.m. , in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on amending Resolution No. 86-J.23 due to an erroneous property description to be amended as follows: BUTTE AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAX A.P, No. 31--22-3--14 through 17 and 31-22-4-09 Being a portion of that certain 80-foot right of way known as Butte Avenue lying within Section 12, T19N, R3E, M.D.M. as shown on the Map of Thermalito recorded on Maps of Record Wall Map No. 6, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 Being that northerly 40-feet of Butte Avenue as shown on Wa11 Map No. 6, lying southerly of and contiguous to the south line of Block 18 of said map extending from the southeasterly right of way line of Grand Avenue to the westerly right of way line of Fifth Street. Parcel 2 Being a portion of the southerly 40-feet of Butte Avenue as shown on Wall Map No. 6, lying northerly of and contiguous to the north line of Block 21 of said map extending from the southeasterly right of way line of Grand Avenue to the northerly extension of the easterly lot line of Lot 9, Block 21 of said map. 2. Said Map showing the right of way to be abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. 3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California Streets and Highways Code.
