RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 4.2(a) OF THE BUTTE COUNTY PERSONNEL RULES
WNEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds it to be in the interest of the
County to amend the Personnel Rules;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte hereby amend Section 4.2(a) of the Personnel Rules of the County of
Butte to read as follows:
4~2 OBJECTIVE
The objectives for providing employment opportunity to persons from
minority and disadvantaged groups are as follows:
a. To achieve the employment of minority persons
representative of the total county work force population.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 7th
day of July, 1987 by the following vote to be effective upon passage.
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLlaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
