AN ORDINANCE A~'IENDING ORDINANCE NO. 684
OF THE COITNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OI' CALIFORz~IIA
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State"of
2 California, do ordain as follows:
j 3 That Section 3 of Butte County Ordinance ivo. 684 of said County
4 is hereby amended to read as follows':
5 SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the securing
6 of a use permit in each case:
~' 7 A. Land having frontage on Oro-Dam Boulevard w (State Highway

'' $ 21-A) : General Commercial ( "C-2." ) Uses . Said commercial
9 area shall be developed to a proper grade to the existing
10 road and the depth shall not exceed three hundred (300) feet
11 from the centerline of said Oro-Dam Boulevard W.
12 B. Assessor Parcels 31-23-3, 4, 5, 6 & 7. "C-1" (Light
13 Commercial) Uses conducted within a building, and the
14 premises shall be enclosed by a fence of masonry type or
15 .chain-link type with screening to be erected to a minimum
16 height of five (5) feet approved by the Paanning Commission.
17 This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full
18 force and. effect from and after thirty (30} days after the date of
19 its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
2O its passage this. ordinance shall be published once with the names
21 of the members of-the Board voting for-.and against it in the •
22 Orovilla M~rrnr~ , a newspaper published in the County of
23 Butte, State of California.
