Resolufion No. 236 - A WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Butte County Board of Supervisors to implement the "Amador Plan" fire protection program at the Robinson Mill Fire Station as approved during budget deliberations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of California as follows: 1. The Butte County Board of Supervisors certify, in accordance with Public Resources Code Sections 4143-4144, that it lacks the tax base sufficient to provide necessary financial resources to fund year-round fire suppression services in the area served by the Robinson Mill Fire Station. 2. The Butte County Board of Supervisors requests the State Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to begin providing such services in fiscal year 1987-88.
