RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
N0. 103 - MORRIS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the
Government Code of the State of California, William Morris has petitioned the
Local Agency Formation Commission for the formation of County Service Area No.
103; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte
has approved the formation of County Service Area No. 103.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 103
is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the
unincorporated area of Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in
the county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof by this reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No.
103 (Morris Subdivision). The type of extended service to be provided is street
lighting.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the above-
mentioned service in County Service Area No. 103. The service charge will be
assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77(1) and the Butte
County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be
assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public
hearing scheduled for the 87/88 fiscal year.
On October 27 1987, at 9:15 d. m., a public hearing will be held
on the establishment of said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this bth
day of October 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan

All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 18 of the Third Subdivision of the
John Bidwell Rancho, according to the Official Map
thereof filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, September 17,
1900, in Map Book S, at page 8, and mare particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the centerline intersection
of St. Clair Drive and Guynn Avenue, said paint being
an the easterly line of Lot 19 of said 3rd Subdivision
of the John Bidwell Rancho; thence along said center-
line of Guynn Avenue and the easterly line of said

499.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
