City Council of the City of Chico as follows:
1. That the Board •nd Council extend sincere appreciation Lo Cart Lertrenz
and Neil McCabe for their part 1n bringing the City and County together
in reaching an agree=+ent on City-County issues.
1. That Lhe Board and Council give recognition t0 theg for their part in the
negotiations, the results of which will be beneficial W the County as well
as to all the residents of the greater Chico urban area.
3. That copies of this resolution be provided to Carl Leverenz and Nell Ik Cabe
as an expression of the Board and Council gratitude.

A review of the Board of Supervisors minutes indicates that there is a
gap in the numbering system between Resolution 87-149 tshauld be Resolution
87-2497 and Resolution $7-251. Apparently, Pauline Romano in numbering
resolutions failed to sequentially number, thereby eliminating 87-254 from the
numbering system.
