Resolufiott No. 87-259
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF NEW BONDS TO REPLACE
BONDS LOST OR DESTROYED, PARADISE PINES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES,
UNITS ~ 2 AND 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, petition for the reissuance of Bond No. 449, Principal
coupons 11 through 15, Interest coupons 20-29, of the County of Butte,
California, has been received by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has received evidence that said
bonds have been lost or destroyed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said bond shall be reissued and
that the cost of reissuance be borne by the owner of said bonds, to wit;
.john D. Rogers, 369 Pine Street, San Francisco., CA, and that the security to
be deposited shall be in the sum of at least seven hundred, eighty-nine and
28/100 dollars ($789.28).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 27th day of October, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Mchnt.urf, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
