RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION
TO ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY' EASEMENT
ANA LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from Owen
Cole, requesting the abandonment of a public utility easement and
light and air easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on I~ovem6er 24 19 g7 at 9:00 a.m. in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building,
Oroville, California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment
of the following described easement:
Public Utility Easement and Light and Air Easement
Lots 25 and 26, Carriage Manor
A.P. 36-78-25 & 26
Being a portion of Section 28, T19N, RAE, M.D.M., also being a
portion of Lots 25 and 26 of Carriage Manor Subdivision recorded
in Book 66 Maps of Record at pages 48 and d9, County of Butte,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Being a 10-foot public utility easement and
Light and air easement Tying 5 feet on each
side of and parallel with the lot line common
to said Lots 25 and 26.
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot
26, thence North 82.32 feet to the northeast
corner of said Lot 26;
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 5 feet
and the most northerly 5 feet of said
easement.
2. That a map showing said public utility easements to
be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published
pursuant to the provisions of.Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 27th day of Q~~ober 19~Z, by
the following vote:

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
