Resolution No. 87-261
RE SOLUTION OF INTENT ION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename
the private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways
Code }970.5 and that on November 17, 1987, at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, a
hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed name change:
Existing Name Termini Proposed Name
Winkle Drive Lazy Trail Drive to Westmont Drive Lazy Trail Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
27th day of October, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McTnturf, P1cLaughlin, and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
NOT VOTING: tone
