RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SETTING FORTH THE FILING FEES
FOR ALL PROJECTS SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMITS
FROM THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a filing fee and appeal
fee for all projects subject to adminsstrative and site development
permits for recycling facility applications made pursuant to the Zoning
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
that FILING AND APPEAL FEES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT
PERMITS be added as follows:
Administrative Permits $50.00
Site Development Permits 50.00
Appeal of Site Development
Permits 50.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of this
resolution will be the same as the effective date of Ordinance No.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on the 27th day of October 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None (1 ~ (~
