Resolution 1Vo. 87_273
RESOLUTION DECLARING DWELLING SUBSTANDARD AND A NUISANCE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has conducted a
public hearing to determine if the dwelling located at 15048 Jack Pine Way,
Magalia, California should be declared a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisnrs has heard the evidence presented
at the hearing regarding the condition of the dwelling at said location; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has found that the dwelling at
15048 Jack Pine Way, Magalia, California is in such a state of disrepair and
dilapidation that it constitutes a nuisance under Seetion 179080 of the
California Health and Safety Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte that the owner of the dwelling located at 15048 Jack Pine Way,
Magalia, California is hereby directed to abate the nuisance within thirty
(30) days after the date of posting on said premises a notice of passage of
said resolution. Said resolution shall direct the owner of the premises to
have the building properly reconstructed or repaired, or have the same razed
or removed. Said resolution shall further notify the owner that if the
nuisance is not abated, the building will be razed or removed by the Butte
County Health Department and the expense thereof made a lien on the lot or
parcel of land on which the building is located.
PASSER AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State
of California, this 17th day of November, 1987, by the following vote:
AXES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
