Resolution No. 87-276
APPROVAL FOR APPLICATION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
hereby resolves as follows:
WHIItEAS, finding that this project conforms to the Butte County General
Plan and Zoning, and
Wf~REAS, finding that although this project could have had a significant
impact on the environment, it will not in this case, provided the mitigation
measures proposed by the applicant are complied with, and
wr-r~eFas, those mitigation measures are numbers 1 through 5 as noted on
the Planning Department conditions (copy attached hereto).
NOW BB IT RESOLVED that:
The applicant's appeal of the Advisory Agency's denial of his project
is upheld and the tentative parcel map for Dave Enget, AP 62-27-09 is approved.
Approval of the tentative map is subject to Public Works conditions 1 through
11 and Environmental Health conditions 1 through 6 and Planning conditions 1
through 5 as noted on attached sheets.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the-Butte County Board of Supervisors this -17th
day of November 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Fulton, McInturf,.McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
NOT VOTING: NONE

Provide t~.~o-way traversable access RS-$-LD-1 to each parcel from
a county maintained road or state highway.
3 Access to be reserved in deeds as per county ordinance and offered
for dedication on the final map.
4 Show 50 ft, building setback line measured from centerline of access
easement.

PLANNING DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS
Information has been received from the Department of Fish and
Game identifying the property as within the development zone. Fish and
Game will not object to development within this area provided
mitigation measures are submitted.
Recommend approval subject to the following mitigation
measures:
1. Limit all cut and fill excepting culvert cover to 2 feet.
Z. Designate a no-development area 50 feet on both sides of
intermittent streams and 100 feet from permanent streams.
3. Note on Map: Owner agrees to pay the deer mitigation fees
required by County ordinance far issuance of building permits} at
the time such permit(s) are issued. Owner acknowledges that no
such ordinance is in effect as of the date of tentative parcel map
approval.
~. 5ubmit a botanical survey and comply with all the recommended
mitigation measures described therein.
5. Contribute a per-parcel fee as determined by California Department
of Forestry into the ~~later Tender Fund.
