RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
AND LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT

This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 24, l 19 87 in the Board Chambers, Butte
County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it
appearing to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of
Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as
required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which
said Board now finds that the hereinafter described public
utility easement and light and air easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and light and air
easement situated itt the County of Sutte, State of California, as
hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said easements so abandoned
is situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particuarly described as follows:
Public Utilitp Easement and Light and Air Easement
Lots 25 and 26, Carriage Manor
A.P. 36-78-25 & 26
Being a portion of Section 28, T19N, ROE, M.D.M., also being a
portion of Lots 25 and 26 of Carriage Manor Subdivision recorded
in Book 66 Maps of Record at Pages 48 and 49, County of Butte,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Being a l0-foot public utility easement and
light and air easement lying 5 feet on each
side of and parallel with the lot line common
to said Lots 25 and 26.
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot
26, thence North 82.32 feet to the northeast
corner of said Lot 26;
Excepting therefrom the most southerly 5 feet R~Ct]RpEDBUTTECOUN~Y
and the most northerly 5 feet of said CIFFkCIAL RFCOR~S AY

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, with the Seal of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 24th day of November 19 g7 by
the following vote:
AXES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
