RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 86-130
AND
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution establishing
fees for certain services of the Environmental Health Division;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees far performing
these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County.Board
of Supervisors, that Resolution No. 8b-130 is hereby rescinded.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees sha11
become effective on January 1, 1988.
