RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 86-90
AND
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PUBLIC HEALTH LABORATORY SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted a resolution establishing
fees for certain Publa.c Health Laboratory Services; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for performing
these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors, that Resolution No. 86-90 is hereby rescinded.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees sha11
become effective on January 1, 1988,
