RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IN FULL 1987/88 FISCAL YEAR APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY
OF BUTTE OF FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS
WHEREAS, on November 12, 1987, the California Department of Transportation
forwarded official notice of amounts due Butte County under the Federal-Aid Secondary
Highway Act, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2208 and 2210 of the
Streets and Highways Code, as follows:
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds $351,496
State Highway Fund Money for Matching $100,000
WHEREAS, Section 2211 of the Streets and Highways Code requires the County
within sixty days of receiving such notice to notify the Department as to what amount
of apportionment the County wishes to claim and to agree to provide any County Match-
ing Funds as may be necessary after first considering the sum made available under
Streets and Highways Code Section 2210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County of Butte does here--
by notify the Calfiornia Department of Transportation that the County of Butte claims
the said apportionment and the whole thereof, and that the County of Butte does here-
by agree to provide any County Matching Funds required as may be necessary after
first considering the sum made available under Streets and Highways Code Section 2210.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 1st day of De.cem~ie.r 1987, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McIntnrf, and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors McLaughlin and Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None
