RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
(A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION
SERVICES FOR LOCAL AGENCIES FISCAL YEAR 1987-88
COUNTY OF BUTTE)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby approves the attached above-entited agreement between the County of
Butte and State of California (Department of Forestry and Fire Pratectian? and
hereby authorized the Chair of this Board to execute same on behalf of the
County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 1st
day of December, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors McLaughlin and Vercruse
