Resolution No.87-293
RESOLUTION ENDORSING STREAMMINDERS REVEGETATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Streamminders is a nonprofit organization involved with
revegetation efforts of local streams; and
WHEREAS, Streamminders desires to suhmit a grant to the State
Department of Water Resources under the Stream Restoration Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, County
of Butte, as follows:
1. The Board of Supervisors endorses the application of
Streamminders for a stream restoration grant for revegetation
work along Lindo Channel in the Chico urban area.
2. The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes its Chief
Administrative Officer to sign the endorsement on the grant
application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
this 15th day of December, 1987, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan
NOES: Norte
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
