3 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
4 California, do ordain as follows:
' S 1. That Ordinance No. 854 of the County of Butte is
6 hereby amended as follows:
7 (a) That Section No. 34, entitled "PUBLIC WORKS DEPART-
:; g MENT" "GENERAL SERVICES", is amended to read as follows:

16 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
17 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
lg fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
19 the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
g0 in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
21 ornia.
