~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
5 California, do ordain as follows:
6 1. That Ordinance No, 854 of the County of Butte is
~ hereby amended as follows:
g (a] That Section No. 28, entitled "OROVILLE JUDICIAL
9' DISTRICT", is amended by deleting therefrom
10 SALARY RANEE N0. OF POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE

12 and adding thereto
13 20 1 Clerk III
14 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
15 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
lg fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
~,7 the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
~,g in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
lg California.
