HHSRBAS Butte County provides inpatient psychiatric services in a
psychiatric health facility located at 592 Rio Lindo Avenue, Chico, California
and operated by the Butte County Mental Health Department, and;
flHBRSAS the Butte County Board of Supervisors serves as the
governing body for the psychiatric health facility as defined in Section 77011
of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, and;
fiHSRSAS the Butte County Board of Supervisors, as the governing body
for the psychiatric health facility has certain responsibilities as defined in
Section 77481 (a) (b) (1) (2) (3) (Q) (5) (b) (c) (d) (e), Article 4. Chapter
9, Division 5 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, and;
fIHSRSAS the Butte County Board of Supervisors delegates
responsibility for the operation and management of mental health, drug and
alcohol programs to the Butte County Director of Mental Health, aow:
THSRSFORS BS IT RSSOLVSD THAT the Butte County Board of Supervisors,
as the governing body for the Butte County Psychiatric Health Facility
designates the Butte County Director of Mental Health as the local official
respgnsible for carrying out the responsibilities of the governing body as
defined in Section 77081 (a) (b) (1) (2) (3) (9) (5) (6) (c) (d) (e) of
Article 4, Chapter 9, Division 5 of Title 22 of the California Administrative
Code.
